I have been to the Henderson DMV twice now and I have been in and out in a matter of 20 minutes both times. The first time was in the middle of the day on a Wednesday so I expected it to be quick but I went this Saturday and it only took like 5 minutes more. If you need to go to a DMV I highly recommend going to the Henderson one if you do not mind making the trip. The people working there were actually nice too. They weren't the drones that are common at the other DMVs. And to make it gun related....I did not carry inside. |

That's the DMV I always use. Quick, easy, and friendly staff. I don't carry in there either. I really feel safe in that building, because it is a "Gun Free Zone." You know, like Columbine High School. Yep, I always leave my gun in the truck in the parking lot where I can't get to it and where it is susceptible to being stolen. Yesssir, there's nothing like obeying the law and knowing that nothing will happen to you because you are in a "Gun Free Zone." |

It's a misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $1000 ($1132 with administrative asessments added on), up to six months in the city or county jail, or both. The actual penalty would depend on the municipality where you committed the misdemeanor, and the arrangements made by your attorney, and the DA/City Attorney, and the judge. |
