I am a bit disturbed at how my HOA (homeowners association) has handled my noise problem involving these Arab renters living below. I was suckered into buying these apartment conversions and the unit below mine of all places had to be rented out to some Arab A-holes. A couple who refuses to speak English to me. They keep yelling at me in Arabic with English obscenities inbetween. I ve called Metro over 17 times on them for noise complaints. Slamming doors inside the unit all night long, loud Arab music, even hitting my floor which is their ceiliing with stumps or something. The noise is so loud it has become unbearable to live in. Each time the police come within 3-5 mins usually. Lightening fast I must say! But the way my complex is set up is their unit faces the driveway and they can always see two black and whites pull up. Right away they stop their shit and turn their music off. Playing the innocent Arab role- if there is such a thing. More like a well disciplined one I d say. Even my mom left yesterday cause she couldnt sleep for 4 days while staying with me. Selling the place isnt an option until next year as I dont wanna deal with redoing mortgages with these current high interest rates. I bought a house that I cant live in. Pretty lame? Indeed. I have been living here way longer than these people. 1 year and 9 months. They moved in Jan 2006 and it has gone to shit ever since. There are 4 units in our building and the other 2 neighbors are chinese families who dont speak a lick of English and are obviously scared of these jackasses. Im out of options and dont know what to do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. They have stopped a majority of the noise shit they make at night, but have changed tactics to 5am slamming on cabinets and doors. Random loud yelling in their unit, banging pots and pans. They slam the doors so hard my unit shakes and the pots and pans on my stovetop rattle as a result. That is how hard they are doing it. Man I just got back from Hawaii last saturday night from vacation. Already burned out. I have had no sleep since last saturday night. I welcome alls advice or opinions. Thanks. I don't know what I'd do if I were you. I live in a house and the house next door was bought by an "investor"  in Cali. He rented it out to section 8'ers and gang members. They were fucking with everyone on the block and broke into a few houses (confirmed). Right when they moved in I open carried all the time outside, whether I was washing my dog or loading my truck. I walked right past a group of the "tenants" and their friends one day putting a letter in the mailbox, I actually heard one of them say "What the fuck" ?! They never looked at me again and never said a word to my wife as she always walked past their house to go to her friends 2 doors down, we were the only ones they didn't fuck with.I finally called the landlord and told him he was going to get rid of them, I didn't ask him I told him. They were gone 2 weeks later. |

They do walk around with those euro travel bags. You know the ones that are square in shape with a shoulder strap. He doesnt work either. Just drops his "wife" wherever and comes back at 830am sharp always with his black travel bag and another shady looking male who is also carrying one of those black travel bags with it slung over his shoulder. I open carry all the time now. They arent the least bit intimidated. They just stop yelling whatever the hell they yell at me. Im sure its Infidel and all that anti American propaganda shit. It used to be Mexicans below. But those guys who were illegal got the message with the open carry and metro police knocking on their door. These guys I dont know how to handle. Its different if they grew up with violence and totally dont fear it. Now thugs and bangers all still fear dying. These peeps dont. Their landlord is in Los Angeles and is one of "them" too. |
IS there a hotline for them? INS is rather confusing as I think they got absorbed into CBP or Customs and Border Protection. I used to work for Customs when they were called US Customs Service. So all the numbers I have with me are old and out of date. Since they are Dept of Treasury anymore. Everything changed. |

Precisely what I had in mind. I should throw a OPEN CARRY ONLY BBQ at my place and invite all the NEVADA homies from ARF over. FOOD and AlCOHOL will be provided of course.

We will be there, open carry, infidel shirts, and all. Why don't you try making some videos? You need to video document all of this stuff. Document the suspicious men with their bags, get video/audio of the nighttime stuff especially- including the Metro arrivals. There are noise ordinances, as you well know, and if these renters keep it up and you have proof, then you can sue not only them, but their landlord who refuses to take action. Also, mail certified letters to the landlord in CA and HOA stating what the problem is and that they MUST rectify the problem or else legal action will be taken. The video and audio evidence will be your best bet. And INS/Homeland Security may be interested in the suspicious men if you can show them videos. Good luck. Im serious about the BBQ and would appreciate all that attend. Can anyone cook? As for the video equipment. Great idea. But I dont have any of that with me here. So if any one can lend some camera equipment that would be awesome. Only need it for a day as that is all it would take. They run like clock work. Leaving the house at 745am. Coming back at 830am religiously. Always carrying their bags and sometimes boxes or large empty buckets that they toss into their garage unit for storage before heading inside. |

Cant smell it as I spot them doing it from behind my blinds 30 yards away. Definately up to no good. No one is around at 8am at my 360 unit complex in the morning. Guess everyone has to work but them. I have late schedule this fall at UNLV so Im seeing a whole lotta shit that I dont wanna be seeing. Making me more and more nervous living here. I ll get back to everyone tonight after 10pm. Gotta go downtown to pay my $67.00 "parking ticket" which I received for going 5 over 25mph. Grrr. Cheaper in California. And free if you have a badge and creds.  PS forgot to add that they have vandalised my car already. Key marks, yanked my insignia off (80 bucks) and bashed in my gas door. Grrr. Believe me it is really hard to hold back my anger, but I have been. |

I have a camcorder you can use for a few days. IM me. I must say that you folks on the West coast tend to look at things strange... These situations happened time-to-time back in NY and we would simply pay the "tenants" a visit. There is a fine line between breaking the law and giving someone a real good understanding of why they never want to interfere with your peaceful coexistence. It takes four or more men, all of them having experience lawfully or unlawfully assaulting people. All the men go to the house; one goes to the door when the others stand back 20' or so out of view of the peephole. Once the door is opened...Well the rest could be discussed off the board. Anyhow if you are simply insisting that you be allowed to live unmolested by unreasonable noise or obscenities then stop calling metro and deal with it in a way sure to achieve the results you want. You have to leave no doubt with them that the next time they disturb you, there will be harsh consequences. Basically, Wolfpack did the same job alone and by not saying a word - Let them know what they are fucking with. * Dont give in to the shitbags and DONT get arrested! |

why not confront them when they start being assholes...be more of an asshole. And start logging major complaints with the HOA. Dont they have their own security patrol? Im in Southern Highlands and we have security here that takes care of stuff like that. I got a knock on the door at 9am because i had my sliding back door open and the stereo on but not that loud (was on the eliptical machine) and somebody called the security office. or maybe tell the police dispacher that everytime the police car shows up the assholes can see them and act nice..maybe they can go in a back way or something (just an idea, not sure if it can be done that way)... If it were me I would be the ultimate prick...fuck them. Plus Im Middle Eastern so anything I would do wouldnt be considered a hate crime... but if you guys want to do the bbq I have a brick of fireworks i can donate to the cause.. good luck |

Lets do a BBQ, go down and rent one of those big 55gal drum size spits put it on the lawn outside their apt get a nice 70lb pig and slow roast it all day. Determine their exact country of origin and we can get a one of their flags and use it as a table cloth(make sure to slop plenty of piggy on it) John P.. |
I found out that my security guard here at Copper Sands has been passing info over to those guys below me. The loser security guard even asked me "why Iam messing wit his peoples?" I was like what are you talking about. I told that to the HOA manager and fat slob is staying away from me. But for the longest time I could not figure out why someone kept fucking with my car. I have been hear for a year and zero problems till these hadjis showed up. AS for the police coming in a different way. NO go. Only one way that can come in. The other side gates are exit only. Plus the POS security guard has been giving them a heads up. I couldnt figure out how they were a step ahead of me every time until I saw the guy talking to the security guard one morning. Thats when a light bulb went off in my head. AFter 9 months of no sleep. Im not the sharpest tool in the shed I have to admit. I would do the "make em an offer they cant refuse move" but problem is I dont know that many people in Vegas here that are real hard asses. The Marines I know are all in San Francisco. Can I get some volunteers? This weekend would have been perfect for a OPEN CARRY ARF style BBQ, but too short of a notice. Hmm... |

I would just keep up with the calls to the police. In my old neighborhood we had the police called on us for noise violations 4 times. Twice which were my fault and well deserved. Once was late at night during a party and once was middle of the day after I got some new speakers that I played loudly for 1 song. Twice on my parents in the middle of the day while they were listening to Sunny 106.5. We had sand in cooch neighbors I guess. We didn't have a problem for like a year and out of nowhere the police show up saying that they had a complaint in the neighborhood and that they have had 13 calls on that block and if they get another one they will ticket us even if they do not hear it from our house. So if they get enough calls they are going to get annoyed enough to do something. Even if it is just make threats of tickets. I also like the idea of an open carry BBQ and making recordings. We could have a clean your rifles day at your house too. |
Working on it! I do need someone to cook. We could cook in one of the onsite grills far away or someone can bring one and we ll cook on my balcony. |

If you're down with doing this whole "Open Carry BBQ Day" thing, I'm sure I could rally a few of the North guys to make a little caravan, ride on in to your rescue. If you bring the AK bayonets (Wolfpack has at least one), I'll bring the Ding Dongs and make a fetching appetizer plate! Seriously though, if It's On, then I'd be more than happy to make the Long Haul down from Gardnerville and back you up. |
Damn man if you are making such a long as drive for me man. I will definately take care of ya food and beverage wise. We got a pool, bbq grill, and hot tub. Maybe eat first before we go blast some music and practice some gun cleaning. What is a good day? Saturday or sunday or friday? |
