Has anyone on the board been out there for courses? My brother just bought into a Gold first family Membership (All courses free for life) (I wish I could do the same but don't have the funds right now) I'm totally stoked for him. Anyway, I'd like to know what fellow board members think about the Frontsight Resort. Thanks All, Nick |

I have taken three classes there. The basic handgun, shotgun, and rifle classes. I thought it was great. The handgun class in particular was outstanding. I certainly plan on going back. I also train at Gunsite, but I feel I learn enough at Frontsight to make it worthwhile. I have a First Family membership, I think it is Copper. It is a great place to go every couple months to get your shooting tuned up. You will do far better taking a class at Frontsight than you will shooting on your own. The classes I have taken there covered the basics of good technique. Remember, Excellence is the basics, mastered. The best shooter in the world is doing nothing but executing the basics perfectly. |

Um, who cares? If you don't believe in Scientology (as I don't), you can still enjoy the training and get something out of it. Like any other fringe group, Scientology invests wherever possible in elements that will further their cause, even if the rest of us know it is pointless. Just go to learn, leave the rest behind.

Thanks Guys! Yeah, I'd love to get a free course, but I'm not moving out there until after September some time. I'll probably be getting some sort of membership at some point so that the bro and I could take classes together. I still have to read that link about the scientology. Not that scientology scares me all that much.
