Anybody have any good recommendations to do a trigger job on an AR15 in Las Vegas?

I'd suggest doing the 15 minute trigger job.  It actually takes about 30 minutes to locate tools and all if you haven't torn down the lower before.

BTW, I did the trigger job on mine, if you want to check it out some time.

It basically cuts the trigger pull weight to about half and cleans it up some.

Cost is hard to beat being free.

Otherwise I'd consider a drop in trigger unit for about $100 that will do better than what any trigger job can do for an AR.  Paying someone to do the trigger is basically throwing good money after bad.

I installed Trapper Gun spring kits on mine and it gave them a nice not-too-light, not-too-heavy pull.

Are you talking about AA Gunsmithing?  The one located at 1929 Western, across from Cheetah's?

I put the Accuracy Speaks single-stage trigger in my ARs about 3 years ago.  Pretty pricey ($157 now), but worth it, IMHO, for a defensive weapon.  Of course, I haven't tried that 15-minute job, so I can't compare the two.  But FWIW, I bought mine after trying someone else's and was so impressed that I bought 2 just as soon as I could afford them.

I'm hoping to make it to the night shoot in a couple weeks, and if so, anyone is welcome to check it out there.  I'll have a Bushmaster Dissipator and a Carbon-15, each with an A-S trigger.

I know I'm a newbie here so my opinion probably doesn't count for much, but if I were you, I'd try the 15-minute job first, and if you don't like it, then spend the money on a replacement trigger.
