Ever since the site format change, I don't get into the HTF as often as I used to

But I'm surprised nobody has brought up the Foxconn deal yet.

I'm cautiously optimistic about it.

There was at least one thread going in GD. Number of the Wisconsin guys showed up to comment.

I see in the news they have been looking for office space in Milwaukee as well. I was thinking they might take that down to Chicago area.

We'll see how things unfold.

Maybe we like to wait until construction actually happens before hootin and hollerin?

Sounds nice, but, I'll wait and see if it pans out before getting too excited. PA folks were probably all excited too
