Anyone ever shoot at Down Range in Kaukauna? How is it? I was there once. Nice place. The folks were very friendly and I had the place to myself. It looks like a convenient range. The only downside (as with all indoor ranges) is that it is louder than shit. Take double ear pro. It is a little pricey, but you can buy a membership and save some dough. |
| Agreed. Down Range is a pretty nice range. I've been there a hand full of times and actually won a year membership at their annual Christmas tree shoot this past holiday season. I live in Oshkosh, so it's a little bit of a drive, but well worth it instead of braving the cold at Twin Cities. |

With that logic, then I would classify you as a Yooper... from Up Nort!! The OP asked who was from the Fox Valley area... For those of us who were born and raised here, that area is normally Appleton to Oshkosh. Green Bay, Manitowoc are typically not included, nor is Fond Du Lac or Milwaukee or Madison or Lacrosse or Marinette yadda,yadda,yadda.. So don't feel like your being excluded... Will let you come and play with us....
