I've been reading online, and can't seem to find an updated straight answer, looking to do some backpacking here in the near future and would like to know the legalities.

State owned buildings are still prohibited without a CCL and may post to prohibit licensees. WI 2011 act 168 removed the restriction for State Parks for everyone. http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/2011/related/acts/168 |
