You might just want to get on the mailing lists of places like Palmetto, DSG Arms, Spikes, AIM, etc. A lot of FFL's will combine transfer fees if you order multiple lowers at once (for example $20 for 1 lower or $30 for 3 lowers).
I know DSG has $85 lowers in stock. Link Figure for 3 lowers: $15 shipping to WI, $30 transfer, and no sales tax you are looking at $100 each. |

AIM Surplus, right now, has the Spike's blems for 79.95 ea w/ free shipping, limit 3. That is if you like the double cock on the side of your lower.   They also have some 40 round PMAG's in stock. http://www.aimsurplus.com/product.aspx?item=F1STSLBLEM I would add that the last time I bought Spike's "blemished" stripped lowers, there was no blem to be found. Absolutely nothing. YMMV. |

Pmag 40's aren't that rare.
