| I'll be headed up to Copper Falls State Park this weekend for a camping/hiking trip for the weekend. As far as I've read online and through the laws, as long as I have my CCW license, I am allowed to carry it. I am reading that correctly? Just wanted to check to make sure before I venture up for the weekend. Also, how's the bugs up there now? Read earlier this year they were terrible, so wanted to delay the trip up there to avoid it. | Bugs aren't bad at all now, haven't seen a tick in 2 months, and deer flies haven't been bad in my area. Skeeters are still skeeters, if you're near water, there'll be skeeters til a few hard freezes hit. Weather forecast calls for possible frost both friday & sat nights here in Vilas. That'll only improve the bug situation. |
