Any one know how to back track a cell# that keeps calling my wifes cell?AT&T has been no help,I need to do something real fast.Thanks in advance

If it's the latter, just google the number, and a whole list of companies will come who'll give you the owner's name, for a fee.

Thanks ,Its a Smart phone but alot smarter than her,I will dive into it and see if i can set up some blocking App.She uses it for work so I dont want to get rid of the number.I use a pay as you go phone thats my speed.I would really like to find this person though,the tracking sites want some payment with little to no guarantee.thanks for your help.

What kind of phone calls are they? On my wifes phone we started getting collection agencies looking for "Jose Guzman". At first we where polite and we'd explain its a new phone & number, and we dont know 'Jose'. Sometimes it took a couple of calls like that and the calls stopped. Then a year later they started again. This time the guys were jerks. They'd then didn't believe us that we dont know Jose, and accuse us of hiding him or something. They started calling 3 or more times a day. A google search of the phone number gave us the name of the business tied to it. Also when they called I'd ask for their address. They were then taken aback by that, stammered, but always gave it. I called consumer affairs...think its part of the WI DOJ. They then sent a letter to these guys on our behalf to stop calling, this isn't Jose's phone number. That seemed to work as its been years since the last call. That, or Jose starting paying his bills....yeah right.

| I am sorry its a Iphone 3,but I will try this,thank you so much...........by the way she has informed me shes available for an Upgrade to the Iphone 5,wow imagine that!wonderful buy a new phone and another 2 year $100 plus contract will solve everything.....it never stops.I get it from ,all sides.......I might start looking for a real tall building.Thanks again |
| Currently the phone #blocked by the "wireless account provider" so thats a good thing,I couldnt find the phone menu button on her phone screen like in the video,but I tried.No this clown isnt a bill collector or anything,tried being nice and saying its a wrong phone # and please dont call back thats how this all began.....my concern is he will share it with the rest of his tribe and it will escalate.No these were real long rambling ghetto mumblings with flowery language to put it nicelly.I will wait and see,hope it stops,so far so good.again thank you. |

Usually it's ##########@attmobile.com or some thing like that. That will let you email lots and lots and lots of stuff to the phone at all hours of the day. Random characters, images, etc. Essentially, a denial of service attack on his phone. Do this at times when the caller does not make calls. "Hey jim, why your phone going off like crazy?" "dunno?!" Make him have to explain himself to people he's got contact with.

I like the crack house angle!your spot on.No calls since its blocked,wifey is relieved.Thanks for the help.I wish she was more proficient with fire arms,had her plinking with the 10/22 on vacation,seemed to enjoy the resetting target fun.Mark 3 and P22 not so comfortable,shes right handed left eye dominant.Would love to have her rock the Serbu but afraid it would fly out of her grip.thanks again everybody.

Does her phone service include call forwarding? Does the scumbag call at the same times everyday? If answers to both are yes, have her put call forwarding on to the local P.D. just before his calls are due.  It'll be his number that shows up on their caller I.D. ... they'll find him.

No more calls since she blocked the number,her friend did some "Milwaukee white pages search" the number is linked to a female,go figure.Gonna have some Police officer follow up with a phone call to said number.I am happy no call backs.Thanks all for your helpful thoughts and info.

I did this a while back with someone that wouldn't quit calling. Make sure you use a throwaway email address and post their full number, so the bots can find it. Do it in several bigger cities. |
