| just was at the Antigo fleet store and they are setting up reloading supplies in there store, looks mostly like hornady rcbs and barnes stuff so far but they still have carts full of things to go on the shelves. looks like it will be a few days or weeks till they are done. Very nice thing to see even though there were no powders or primers yet it is coming along nicely. thanks again Fleet. |

Very nice thing to see even though there were no powders or primers yet it is coming along nicely. thanks again Fleet. Thanks for the info. It's already been posted that Fleet Farm was starting to stock reloading supplies at some of their other stores. Antigo is the closest one to me (it's about 60 miles south). I hadn't heard about whether or not they were setting up there yet (a friend was there 2 weeks ago, and nothing then). I was planning on going down there this week and get some hunting supplies... maybe I'll hold off another week until they get the primers out. |

I just picked up primers in Menomonie. They had mostly CCI of every flavor you could want, one stack of Winchester and one of Remington. I would say their focus is CCI. Which is good since they are they best....
They only sell by the 100, I bought 5 packs of Large pistol magnum for 3.79 per 100. Tons of .45 bullets, one row of 400 Speer .40 cal. Lots of brass, but mainly rifle. Win brass. The only pistol brass was .38 SPL |

Waupaca has the primers out, but behind the counter. What brands of primers do they have? Pretty much every type of CCI including the #41, but none of the #34 or #35. Had Rem 6 1/2 and I think one other Rem and 2 or 3 Winchester. Don't remember exactly which though. |

If you would have said this last summer, I'd say there probably isn't enough demand for another place that sells reloading supplies.
But after this last craze, I think enough people got into reloading for this move into reloading supplies well worth the company's investment. A combo of exploding AR15 sales and resulting new shooters buyying ammo, probably means higher prices for factory ammo are here to stay. |

Fleet Farm is going to help me reach my first reloading/Ammo fort goal. 10,000 primers of each of the following (Small Rifle Magnum, small rifle, large rifle magnum, large pistol magnum) and 1000 rounds of each caliber I own, except 22. That will be 10,000.
I am 100 rounds shy of the 10mm goal. Now I just need to work on .45, 6.5 Grendel, .50 Beowulf, .270, .30 Carbine. I know, small fort, but it's a start. |

I'd highly recommend storing the primers someplace besides your garage or damp basement! I'd vacum seal the boxes and store in the back of a closet.
Assuming part of this reloading stash is for SHTF, don't forget about spare parts for your reloading gear. These have been out of stock for months and forced me to cannibilze a couple other die sets while on backorder. I ordered 3 of these kits plus more spare pins and a spare parts kit for my Dillon 650. I even bought a spare set of .223 dies. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/958434/hornady-die-maintenance-kit?cm_vc=wishList |

Nothing against FF but there are more efficient ways. Grafs will let you backorder up to 25,000 primers at a crack - each product type. You get billed when it ships. Tax free. |
| This plan is one that will take me a while to realize. I generally spend $100 per paycheck on reloading supplies, so having a few thousand primers on backorder all hitting at once might over step the budget. Plus, I don't mind giving a little to Fleet Farm, I am loyal to them and will be unless their prices get stupid. I won't be able to buy everything from them, but I will buy what I can. |

Always been my favorite store since the 1st time I walked thru their doors, over 20 yrs ago. Sporting goods, guns/ammo, clothes, tools, hardware, car & truck parts, they've got it all ... I've purchased my last 5 sets of tires there. |

Went to Antigo store today. Still in the set-up process on reloading, but I was able to snag some .45-70 brass and some Winchester LR primers... $3.49 per 100. She had to go get them from the back room as they weren't put out yet, she came out with a 1000 piece brick, said "How many?", I said "Those will do". She handed the box to me and went to help someone else. |

which fleet are you mentioning? Photo is from the Waupaca Fleet Farm. |
| We are staying in Mason City IA this week and I stopped by the fleet store. They have quite a bit set up here but still no powders, empty containers screwed to a display that's about it for now guess we're just gonna have to wait until they can keep up with demand. |
