I am buying a Husky ride on mower (couple hundred $ off for a pre-order).

My current simplicity broadmoor 54" lets me think the new 54" would be a no brainer.

Anybody have a YT or GT and can convey what is the REAL difference between the two?

Any advice would be great, especially about their bagging system.

Thanks

I have the GT 24 h.p. 52" cut, great machine. The Yt is a yard tractor and the GT is a garden tractor, meaning the GT is built heavier. If your pulling a cart or wanting a rototiller, or snowblower go with the GT.
I don't have a bagger so I can't say on that.Hope this helps.

What is wrong with your Broadmoor? It's 100 times better then ANY Husky you will buy.

+1. I would think it might be better for you in the long run to put a few bucks in the simplicity if it is giving you trouble.

I don't want to pick up, rake, etc.

There is no bagger for my Simplicity.

What about one of those tow behind sweepers? Aftermarket, naturally.... they sweep up into a bag, which you then can dump by pulling a dump rope. http://www.agri-fab.com/type/sweepers.aspx

Well that.... sucks. I  haven't had one for ages, but the one I did have worked well. Picked it up from Fleet Farm. They do have the powered vacuum models, but for the price, you're better off just purchasing a bagging mower.
