| Ok, so I'm trying to get a stripped lower transfered from an FFL in MO. I went to the LGS and they said they would do it, but I asked if I need a WI form of ID or if I could use my Mil ID + proof of residence (DD214 or LES or any mail I have). I dont have a DL right now due to my retarded decisions in the past. The FFL I purchased my last stripped lower from (while stationed in AK) didn't mind that I did not have a DL. He accepted my Mil ID + proof of residence (military orders stating I was stationed in AK). I was just wondering if the same applies here in WI. If so, are there any FFL's in the Milwaukee/Racine/Kenosha area willing to do a transfer for me? |
