| I was in Hayward wally world today to get some pistol ammo. The first sign I have seen so far this year of 3 boxes per customer per day. I know that sign isn't in the Superior wallyworld yet. Also the second sign looked liked it was from corperate or somewhere higher up anyway . The memo read to the effect of.. To all the rumors of walmart no longer selling ammo or firearms is totally false. That the walmarts that sell ammo and firearms WILL continue to sell both. And with the ammo in such demand that they are working to resupply stores that have the least amounts first and continue from there. But the ammo is coming. That was at 5:00pm sunday. Just thought I would pass that on. Dan |
| Saukville has this sign up as well. I just stop in every few days to check and see what they've got. I'm really hurting for WWB .22lr, but I've been getting a few hundred rounds of 115gr 9mm per week. I really need to get ahold of some 147gr stuff for plinking with my can, though. |

Saw that too. Although, I was told that a lot of the popular stuff isn't even getting the the shelves when (if) they do get it in. I tried to get some Federal 325 boxes when they had ~40 in the case a few weeks back. After trying for 30 minutes to get someone to unlock it, I left and decided to come back later. When I came back it all magically disappeared. |

Better... start singing "My Country Tis of Thee" as loud as you can and then continue doing so until they also agree to sell you as many boxes as you can carry out.

Wausau wally world had 20 boxs of american eagle 223 for $8.07 last week
with 3 box limit signs up. I bought 3 then went back for more. I decided to see if I could just go thru the checkouts with 7 at once. I went thru the self checkout lanes and after after scanning the first one i needed the lady to verify my being over 18. Then it was just swipe swipe swipe and away i went with 7 more. I took those to my truck and went back and bought 3 federal 100 rd 9mm @ $21 |

Walmart in Rhinelander only has the handgun ammo (and all rimfire like .17HMR & .22lr) locked in a glass display case. All the rifle & shotgun stuff is on open shelves.
edit: stopped in on tuesday (1/29) around noon.... vultures have it picked clean. No 9mm, .38, .357, .45acp. About 8 boxes of some "off" brand of .40 SW, and plenty of .44mag & .45Colt. There was one lonely looking box of .32acp all by itself on a big bare shelf (if I owned a .32, I would've bought it In rifle, no .223, they did have a few boxes of 7.62X39 hunting loads by Rem and 1 WWB value-pack FMJ. No .22lr at all, but plenty of .22WMR. Lots of shotshells and rifle hunting ammo. One thing I found that was weird. They had 5 packs of Win 12ga 00 buck for $5.67... and 10 packs of the same shells for $12.67 (you can do the math ).

| Two weeks ago I went online and did a search and found a store within 15 miles that had 3 cans of m855 /420 rounds LC on stripper clips (South of Milwaukee). I called and the sporting goods guy offered to hold only one can for 2 hours. Thirty minutes later walked out with all three for 158$ /168$ (I forgot) each. Yes, I was lucky and the shelves are pretty bare. I was told they would be getting more in soon and he thought that it was a slow mover as it was under the counter out of site. |
