Heh. Even though it's less than 1% of votes counted, fox is showing Romney with 52% of the votes in WI.

I'm not holding my breath that he will win WI, but it's nice to see.

ETA: Fox called it for obama already, with less than 1 percent of votes counted, and Romney at 58% of the vote.

Fox has been calling states with less than 15% of the vote in.  Wacky.  I wouldn't be calling anything under 90% of  ballots counted with a large margin.  Posting results of one town's results does not make for a whole state.

Yeah, even CNN hasn't been doing that. I guess they are just trying to keep projected electoral votes close for dramatic effect.

What the Fuck! Less than 2% counted, and Fox has called WI for Obama.
I'm turning on a movie, going to bed, and try to get a good nights sleep. I can't believe we've become a country of lemmings that will elect a douch like this.
I suppose Baldwin wins too. Fuck.

Only 5% right now, but the counties reporting in are going the way I would expect. I figure Dane, Door, Milwaukee, Lacrosse, Kenosha and Racine go obama.  And nullify the rest of the state.

I can't understand where they are getting their info. and votes from at this point.  They must be getting early votes from suburban/rural areas.
I think this is going to be closer than they think.
I traveled quite a bit of southern WI in the last month, not in Madison or Milwaukee, but near there, and I saw Romney/Ryan and defeat Obama signs everywhere, at homes, in farmers' fields, at businesses, etc. and I barely ever saw Obama signs.

If Obama wins in WI, I guess there are more sheep in WI than I thought.
And who thought a lesbian could lick Tommy Thompson?

I'm won't be surprised when WI stays blue. Its just that they keep projecting "winners" based on nothing but their exit polls with only a small percentage of the votes counted. Do you really thing fox is going to have affiliates all over the state taking exit polls? No way do they have that kind of manpower. I think they are projecting on how a state traditionally goes.

I'm watching this site for state results:

I'm stunned that so many Conservatives are pining away for Romney. It's no victory if he wins. It might be an utter disaster.

A milquetoast socialist douchebag like Romney with a compliant Congress could be far more damaging than a lame duck Obama stuck in legislative gridlock. When it comes to SCOTUS nominations I hate to see Obama pick them, but Mitten's 20 year track record doesn't show him stacking any decks in my favor.

There is no correct choice.

"Oh I can't sleep ...."

Why not? We're fucked either way. Rooting for one over the other is a folly; at best.

Let's try it in retrospect. Do you think America would be better off if Juan 'Amnesty' McCain were elected? Instead of socialized healthcare we'd have the rest of Mexico signed up as perma-dependants on US welfare, and Congress would have rolled over for it, because he has an 'R' next to his name.

Boy, what an epic win that would have been. We sure know how to show 'em.

We'll always have a two party system in America when has it ever done us any good any party for that matter to have a third party?  Best case scenario we had McCain vs the democrat congress and nothing got done, maybe best case scenario Palin stepped in.  Your so delusional in your love for Gary Johnson and third parties and this fantasy you have that it would some how not give the liberals all the control they need to destroy everything this country was founded on you've mortaged your future and whatever descendants future you may have as well, its clear you dont get it.

Theres some things I would change with Mitt's campaign near the end, I truly came to beleive him to be a great man in the last 2 months though, I believe he truly does love this country and his faith, myself I was more than honored to support him as my president.

Nationally abortion is loser though for Republicans and really turns the tide get rid of these losers there a bigger problem than anything else, screw you Akin and Mourdock.  I'm very conservative but I support abortion more and more everyday, morally I'm against it, and I'm a christian but these radical christians need to be purged from the party they need to pick the lesser of two evils in elections not the rest of us.  I dont want your church bringing Somalis to this country to terrorize our populations and turn the tides of the election in our states.  I want abortion easily accesible and I want it on every street corner in the cities, I dont care I dont want to be a slave to more welfare baby generations in the 2030 election.  We could have had the Senate, house and presidency we had the momentum...
