Democracy died...? Wait, whut? Voter turnout was in record numbers, some places had 100% plus voter turnout. How is people voicing their opinions by getting out and voting the death of democracy...? Isn't people voting what democracy looks like? If you think it, in a VERY narrow sense he is right. (But for the wrong reason) It is the end of the Amerika he knew. The death of an unresponsive state government, where the solution to everything is to raise taxes, where there is an incestuous relationship between the government unions and the Democratic party, where union workers are more privileged than the people who pay their salary, and where they are ENTITLED to that privilege. The good news for us is that there appears to be adults in charge now, and there is a realization that .gov works for us, and it is way past time for it to start doing so. (Instead of gathering power to itself to serve the interest of those wielding power) The other good thing is that the shenanigans that were being pulled regularly are now being brought to light. That is what won this election. Once voters started to see what was normal behavior by both the union workers and the union representatives, it was over. |

Isn't people voting what democracy looks like? Remember - Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge regime was called Democratic Kampuchea. To idiots like the Crying Boy "democracy" means "do what we want or off to the re-education camps with you". Thank God his warped vision of "democracy" has died. |
| We the taxpayers basically showed the unionized public workers what it looks like when the state runs out of other peoples money. This same scenario will take place in other states and already has under both political parties. The titanic has just hit the tip of the iceberg here in Wisconsin. Sadly for them government employees will now get a big taste of what some of us have been choking on for a few years. The parasites so to speak have sucked the hosts dry. |
| I don't understand what the money factor really had to do with it? If the state was so divided everyone knew of the election and whether or not they liked him. To me the people have spoken, while I'm disappointed with some of Walkers cuts to education funding, he is a lot better than Barrett. Either way that video made me laugh hysterically |
