I'd change it but I think people become used to scanning for the avatar vs. reading names. At least I do. Yes, I enjoy my G19 "hand grenade". I also have a Glock "tin sign" in my man cave. And a pistol bag. Though usage of that is going to be phased out with the LaRue pistol case from x-mas (thanks "secret" santa!!). And for the Glock haters –– at least my "bang" flag comes out each and every time I pull the trigger, clean, dirty, frozen, thrown down the driveway, etc. I should post my "rock out with your Glock out" picture I took for some arfcom contest or another, toes and all, but then we'll have Unique1 in here making some comment or another. Best I don't.  P.S. Fucking reporters. |

Not to steer this in a different direction, but NBC had a good show on tonight about the human beings impacted by this tragedy and the folks who came to their aid.
The little girl was born on 9-11-01 and a Blue Dog Democrat was shot. Beyond that, one of the doctors in Tuscan had setup a hospital in Ramadi and Brian WIlliams knew him from when he was there. Given time and hopefully a good recovery by Con. Giffords, I think she will be the first to say, "The shooter was mentally unstable and not representative of gun owners." She and her husband seem like good people, hardworking achievers. Americans... |
