Not sure if he can take a handgun there.Also what shipping mode to use. You can ship direct to his FFL. Get a copy of his dealers license. Ship ONLY to the address on the license. You can go to the ATF website and use the FFL EZ check to verify. You must ship common carrier. UPS, FEDEX, etc. Most of which require you to ship next day air. Ups allows 2nd day air. On the box it must not say anywhere that it is a firearm. I am not sure about sending the gun to someone with a C&R, unless it's on the approved C&R list. |
