Was driving thru Madison in my work truck and spotted female wearing shorts and nice t-shirt walking down the bike path. She was open carrying. I could not stop to talk to her so I honked my horn, when she first looked up it was with a look of defiance until she saw me giving her a thumbs up. She then grinned back at me and threw up a friendly wave.
Good to see females taking responsibility for their own safety. |
