Talk about a horribly bias story with none of the facts right. Open carry became a talked-about issue after Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen declared it was legal in Wisconsin for people to openly carry firearms.
It was already legal, Hollen was just telling the police they can't arrest someone for open carrying. about a month after Van Hollen issued the opinion on open carry
Where was his opinion stated?! He simply listed the facts. |

What it does is reference WI Statutes and points out that currently if someone is charged for DC for OC, the charges will likely not stick. |
