Appleseed events are open to anyone. You would not need to be a member of RCLRC club to attend the shoot. Usually you need to pay a range fee that covers your use of the range on the day of the Appleseed event.

Open to all I believe Women Kids & Military shoot free check Appleseed website to be sure.
