I have sold all my S/A .223 rifles and now only have a .223 H&R Ultra. I have an ammo box full of .223 and was wondering what I should do with it.
1.Pull it apart and save the 55 grain fmj bullet and WC 846 powder and just keep/sell primed once shot LC brass
2.Shoot it up in the H&R
3.Save it for a rainy day

Any thoughts on this?

or give it to deserving others with s/a .223's?

seriously, you can probably resell the loaded rounds for more than the time and effort to separate, right?

Most of the reloaders I know will only shoot their own reloads. And yes I would GIVE it to someone if they GAVE me some 7.62x39

I can dispose of those for you. I may even be inclined to pay you for them or do it for free. I mean come on, it takes time and effort to get rid of them.

I am poor and have been selling guns to pay tuition this semester
But i still have a 5.56.  I might even be inclined to let you burn some of it up in my gun.

I believe  it's illegal to sell or trade "reloads" without an ammo manufacturers license. You could dis-assemble and sell the componants legally, but that's a lot of work (not to mention undoing the work you put into loading it) and you won't get back what you paid for it (unless you bought it a few years ago, when it was much cheaper than it is now).  I'd go with #2 or #3, and either shoot it in the H&R or save it for later, but YMMV.
