From thread in General Discussion Distinction Arms, FFL/SOT out of south Milwaukee, WI Title I: All Cav Arms transfers are free. All others are $20.00 each. Title II: All Cav Arms transfers are ten bucks to cover the paperwork. (I'll do it for you, and I guarantee that it's 100% done right the first time.)
