| don't do what I did, I set one up once by myself, by going through one of those online companies that do it for you..., get a business lawyer, they actually explain everything to you.... you have file an annual financial report with the state, etc,..it's kinda a pain in the hinder..hinking.gif |

FT if it's for NFA stuff, don't do it. Go the trust route. If not for NFA stuff. Go to the states website and set it up there. It's pretty easy. If you have any specific questions just IM me and I'll answer what I can. ETA: I need your address again so I can send you that brass, I deleted the IM by accident.

Try doing it through the state HERE. There's a link on that page to QuickStart LLC. It appears to all be ran through the state itself so your not paying some shister middle-man. I would agree that a business lawyer would probably be better in the long run but I'm a masochist for learning the hard way.
