That really sucks.  I was there last night.  The shotgun 100 value packs are all way up.  The Federal game loads are still 4.67 so I got 200 rounds of that.  The 100 round packs of Winchester 9mm and 40 haven't gone up so I got some of them.  15.72 and 21.88 still but 40 blazer brass is around 13.  Lots of good deal in the discount isle on hunting stuff.

Yeah, that sucks.

I did pick up a clearance Sentry gun safe there yesterday. The smaller 10 gun model for $184. I got a nice 14 gun model there last year for $199, which was a better deal, but I really needed another safe so I didn't want to wait and then possibly miss out on the deal, so I grabbed this one and crammed it in the back seat of the car. $184 wasn't bad.

Darn safes keep filling up!

I'm in college, I can't afford the "good stuff" yet. I actually worked at Wal-Mart in high school to save up for school. The 10% discount, which did apply to ammo, was nice. Wasn't a dream job by any stretch though.

For now I'm content with the Sentrys. Nice safe though. I'll have something like that someday. I am an NRA member already.

Oh, no problem at all. The day I could quit that job I was extremely happy. It's not my favorite store by any means. They are the only local place that has reasonable ammo prices though...although that may not even be the case anymore with this most recent price increase.

Buying online is becoming the only viable supply line for me...

Paid $9.88 yesterday (1/12) for Federal 550 value pack at WM.  Winchester .45/50 was $14+, and  Remington GB .223 was approx. $7.50/20.  Still the cheapest prices in this town (Phoenix) and there are a lot of places that sell ammo.

I work at a major sporting retailer and the price increases are coming in almost daily. On the other hand, T/C stuff has been going down.
