Has any one gone this way to purchase full auto in Wisconsin.  The way the statute is worded I am wondering if it will work

Thanks

I knew suppressers and sbr/sbr would work it’s the full auto part I don’t know. Wisconsin Statute 941.26 is not very clear.  It says full auto is ok for any person authorized by the chef of police or sheriff.  With a trust you bypass the CLEO sign off.  I didn’t know if it would go through or not.

In process right now...

I should have a M-11/9 waiting for me when I get off the plane in March...

Of course, I'll only have a few weeks to shoot it, my next assignment is a no machinegun state...

Unless you really PO the local LE (eg make them want to FIND a way to lock you up), they aren't going to split hairs with you on the exact wording of the MG statute... So long as you are good with the Feds, that is all they care for...

If it was not an acceptable/legal route, the ATF would not stamp off the transfer....
