Is anyone here a member of this rifle range?  I'm interested in joining. How much is it? What are the hours of operation? General rules, guidelines, etc. I'm looking for a little info on it. I was there last year when they had it open to the public for sighting in deer rifles. I'm looking for a place to target shoot my 22's and my AR-15.
I'd like to take my 9 year old son with me to shoot. What are the rules on ages?

Thanks!

Don

I think that everybody here except me is a member of RCLRC.  Just look through the posts in the HTF.  All the posts that refer to "the club" are about RCLRC.

I am certain that you will have your answer in a few minutes.

Sorry I'm late

Anyhow, RCLRC is a private range.  In order to join, you must be sponsored by a current member, and that member should only be sponsoring you if he knows you & your shooting.  As to your Q's; Annual dues are $50, however there is an initiation fee of up to $100 prorated.  It's open 24/7 to members, except when occupied by mil/leo.   Pretty much shoot what you want to shoot, under 50bmg.  Your son could accompany you anytime.  Part of your dues is also 100 hours of volunteer time working the range, be it cleanup, repairs, etc.  You'll also have to work a deer sight ( those target didn't go up and down by themselves   Best way to get a sponsor is to come out and shoot with the WI crew.

Nope - I'm not either.

There are more non-members than members here. The RCLRC people are just post whores.

I'm really interested in joining the club and want to check it out.  Who do I have to contact?

You'll have to wait for an invite by one of the members.  Most likely be a  "let's go shoot this weekend"  thing.
