I'd like to hook up with someone to be a guest at either the Watertown or Lake Mills clubs. I know there was a couple of us that wanted to try LakeMills as being a guest of dpixel8 (sic?) but I won't presume he would still do that. Thanks in advance, Big G |
 ETA: You can just go there without a host. We're in the final stages of developing a penetrator round based on a modified 50BMG casing. Looks like we're going to call it .17 Wildcat 06'. It's a real flat shooter. So far it's managed to make minced meat out of cinder blocks and car doors, but my range got sort of fussy about the things I was shooting at. We decided it was best just trespass at L.M. and shoot some rocks. That way I can't get my membership revoked.

I still would possibly be willing to bring a guest with me. We are having some issues right now at the L.M. club, with a few individuals mis-using the range. I am working with the Officers now to try to fix that. (someone was setting up ROCKS down range and shooting at them). So...let me know if you want to go out or not. And when, as I would be willing.

nope, I would hope not. Sorry, just it is a serious situation we are dealing with, and its coming down to one person ruining an entire club, because they choose to be complete idiots. |
Was a sad day when the original 100 yard range was shut down ... damn houses. LM range is less than 2 minutes from my house. Now, the 50 yard range... while better than nothing....just teases me. |
