I am very very new to this ar-15? I have always love and dream of having a ar-15... my purpose is for target practicing and maybe hunting... but i wonder do anybody know if is legal to have a ar-15 in wisconsin? or even hunt deer with it...?

Yes it is legal, to hunt with and own in WI. If you want to shoot some let me kow. We have a couple different ones , shoot them before you make a decision.

Batch is right, ARs are legal for deer hunting and a lot people hunt with them. Also there is no mag restrictions.
Vang what part of the state do you live? Because I now quite a few gun shops in western WI that stock ARs, FALs and AKs
