My grandson is planning to move to Colorado to be near his son. Can he take his AR? What about mags?

Should not be a problem, unless he is in Denver proper. They have a 20 round cap there.
The 15 round magazine law won't go in to effect until July 1st, so if he moved here I am thinking he'd be a resident before it took effect and the mags would be grandfathered in. The ARs should be fine- do you know what county he is considering? |
