I don't know right now but I'm willing to learn a lot. Anything from court challenges on constitutional grounds to procedural crap to simply getting a repeal on the ballot and hope our people wake the fuck up to the fact that 1. it's not over until we quit, 2. you need to get off your ass to make something happen and 3. the SHTF fantasy you've been harboring is JUST a fantasy, will likely not happen (see point #2) and, if it does, will be the most horrific nightmare you could imagine and will change the relationship of American society forever.
So... I want to talk to some lawyers who have done this or know about it. Or anyone who worked on the legal MMJ ballot and can remember what they did.
