BTW, you did'nt sign the lease with a guy by the name of Greg Castle right? Who is Greg Castle? Nope. Spoke with our guy on the phone, sent many many emails back and forth, and if the guy takes my money and runs, it will be the last time ever because I will find him. Oh and he'll have committed mail fraud since all the deposits and first month of rent were sent as postal money orders. _MaH Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Nice pad... When's the house warming party? Not sure yet. Having never lived in CO I have no idea what to expect this winter, so I have no idea if I should do one within the coming month, or wait for things to warm up first outside... Oh, and I should be arriving out there on Nov. 3rd, if all goes according to plan. Means I might be looking for some help on the 4th - be that unpacking or pounding brews _MaH Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

If it snows we just grab another layer. |

Move jobless, or did you manage to find employment before you moved? Employer gave the all clear to continue my current job from out there. Definitely helps when you paint the proposition with broad streaks of "Here's how this helps the company and the client..." _MaH |

I'm trying to remind myself that the current stress of getting everything in place for my move is better than the prolonged put-a-gun-in-your-mouth-to-make-it-stop stress of staying in this area.
Finally found and hired a mover. Good news is they'll be packing stuff away a couple days early. Bad news is I'm going to arrive at the house several days before they do. Guess it's the perfect time to go and buy that new king size bed I've been wanting. Also need to buy a washer and dryer. Thinking of just spending the extra dime on a pair of those front-loaders that will last a long time than something used that I'll have to fix within the year. Eh, I'm rambling now. Whatever. Nov. 3rd will be here soon enough, and then I will be, too. _MaH Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

On the laundry. The front loading stuff is nice and some on them are even stackable if your laundry area is a little cramped. Just realize where your water and gas/electric hook ups are and the space limitations that that can cause as to what size washer/dryer you can go with. Also on the washer space in the laundry room could limit your use on a front loading washer....
{note to self} Are you really posting on setting up a laundry room? Stop that! {note to self} |

From what I understand it may kill the grass the first year, but in following years will make the grass grow like a SOB. Welcome!!! What is your general location. I missed the meet when you were in town. Seems about time. |
