Do I need to file the trust with the county, or state? I am in Arapahoe county.

What did you have in your trust to start it off? Was it 1 dollar, or the weapons you hope to aqquire, or did you put your gun collection in there?

If using Willmaker 2007, is there away to change the name of the Trust to read "MY NAME TRUST" vs "MY NAME Revokable living trust"?

Has anyone used willmaker 2007 and had no problems, or had problems. Please elaborate.

Is the trust still valid if I change states?  I know I will have to file a form with the ATF for moving states.

Regards,

R

you will not need to register the trust.

i have used willmaker multiple times with no issues.  put $1, a can of soda...whatever you want.  just don't put items you don't legally own yet.

send the atf:
1.a copy of your notorized certification of trust
2.form 4
3.citizenship form (a few people have been rejected without the form.  i've never sent it in and I've never been denied, but i will send it in from now on)

if you move to another state, you will have to check the laws in that state concerning registering a trust.

IM me if you have questions and I'll send you my phone number.

Thanks that answered a lot of questions. I have never seen a citizenship form, I need to look that one up.

Thanks again!

Is that a Colorado form, a Fed form, or what?
