From CSSA email: GOP LEGISLATORS SEEK TO DUMP CBI CHECK FEE Sen. Ron Teck (R-Grand Junction), Vice-Chairman of the Joint Budget Committee, is removing a provision from next year’s budget bill which would have imposed a $10 fee (READ: TAX!) on firearms purchases to fund the CBI Insta-check system.
