Is the Internet store really Empty? For a week?
I must say I'd rather see it say no products available vs other websites that show 500 products but they out of stock. |

http://www.surplusammo.com/the website for the physical store. Last week there wasn't anything on that page except "Coming Soon." I suspect that site doesn't reflect their actual stock. Gotta remember, their online store is a seperate entity to the walk in store. It's hard to sell stuff when there are no add to cart buttons. Turns out at this time it didn't matter as they actually had what I needed to complete a lower in the walk in store. And, the prices weren't jacked up for the pieces I needed. They acutally had ARs hung on the walls again too! That was a shocker. |

The online company uses software that removes items when it's sold out (usually.... sometimes there have been issues) instead of just showing it as out of stock. Their ammo types often changes as well so it makes it easier to remove items they won't be getting in anytime soon.
The store is wiped on a lot of things, and some things are crazy expensive. We don't have any 00 buckshot. No cheap .223 or .308. Even Tula 7.62 is climbing rapidly. I haven't seen a bolt group come into the store in over a month. We have BCM uppers coming in, but no bolt groups to put in them (BCM sells their bolt groups separate from their uppers for whatever reason). No glock 9 or .40 mags at all, only G36 and G29 mags. No 30 Carbine right now. Almost out of M&P and XDM mags too. A decent amount of 204 Ruger though, along with some .25 and .32 S&W Long. |

And big red letters that say not to contact the store about your online orders. |
| You're not included in the generic idiots Unicorn. The "About Us" page goes straight to the Retail Store link. I know the store and the site are separate entities, I know they use different URLs. So, when I get confused between which one is which the site is confusing and when something is confusing the fault lies with the designer not with the user. |
| Ok, yeah.... it's annoying as hell. It's been one of my long term gripes I keep bringing up. The logo thing, the screwup where they got the brand of THEIR damn lowers wrong. They have their own FFL, with their own name, and are making lowers with those on them, and there was a mistake where the item description said it was ours. |
