The better half and I will be moving to Bainbridge within the next few years. Right now, we're spending a few days there at a time, to gauge the different parts of the island and to get a feel for the area. Our next trip is towards the middle/end of October, and we were thinking of doing some salmon fishing. Can anyone recommend a good charter to the San Juans/Puget area?

Matt McCullough. 206-799-2530 http://www.tyeecharters.net/index.html Tell him Dogfish sent you. He's a good guy with lots of experience. Although you might want to book a river trip, not a salt boat trip, at that time, as most of the salmon will be in the rivers. For a river trip, Duane Inglin or Bob Barthlow would be good options. Talk to Matt now about booking a trip, and if you need any other referrals for a river trip, send me a PM. |
