| Hey Guys, my cousin is moving from Eugene, Or to SEATAC in order to work at the airport. He;s been looking around for a house to rent/buy. He was thinking of East Renton Heights or Cascade/Firwood north of Lake Yongs. Other than being mildly expensive, are there any other drawbacks such as crime etc? He's looking at Meridan Heights also. He's going to be working Graveyard/weekends and Holidays, so traffic shouldn't be as much of a problem to him. He's buying range is around $250,000. He's he going to be disappointed in the above areas? |
