that would suck if they ever made it illegal.  If Tannerite was outlawed only outlaws would have Tannerite!

Just because dnr doesnt allow it, does that necessarily make it illegal? IOW, are DNRs rules really the law? What would be the consequences of breaking a DNR policy?

Make a mud hole on DNR land and you go to court and pay a huge fine.  Not sure what if any "infraction" is technically on your record afterward.

If you follow the RCW jumping you learn an infraction is not a criminal offense and will be handled with a monetary fine not to exceed $500 per infraction.
Or the court can order you to perfrom community service until the monetary value is recovered at minimum wage rate.
