Can anyone recommend a good home inspector? We are supposed to hear back from the bank "any day now" on the house and I would like to have an inspector on the ready, TIA!!!

Karl was very fast, and efficient. Found stuff which weren't necessarily problems but things I should watch for.
Have recommended him multiple other times.
