If you were paying attention, you'd know that the guy who kicked him out of his apartment was the guy that took the job above his. This job is the one he's leaving for his promotion. He used to have a much more than 20% discount off the rent. So if he "took" this job it wouldn't change anything. I know you're on drugs, but try and keep up. |

So the folks you are trying to help out are the ones who screwed you? Sorry for noticing, but that is just how I see it. (Regardless of the REIT rules. There is a way around those rules, if they wanted to find a way. There is ALWAYS a way to "bend" the rules.) OTOH, you have some serious Karma points headed your way. Find me a part-time gig in Olympia, raise the hourly rate to $25, and I'll do that on the weekends. |

I COULD move if I wanted to and take the 100% discount at my new property but it only has 2 bedroom units and we are not going to play that game......AND there is one of my assistants already using that discount and since I had it happen to me I would not feel too good about forcing another family out......... Besides this company having a long standing policy regarding the discounts and who gets priority, they are a great company to work for with a mass amount of growth oppurtunity as we just opened a new property (Bellevue Tower) are building now in Queen Anne, building on 164th in Lynwood, kicking off a Ballard build next year........ |
