U District Seattle. Notice the idiot parked at the end of the street in front of the retaining wall, at the bottom of a long, slick hill. Trying to get into Tukwila from southbound I-5    Ironic. Inching toward the Duwamish River and the Spokane Street bridge after the closure of the West Seattle Bridge.  |
