Duncan MacPherson's Bullet Penetration: Modeling the Dynamics & the Incapacitation Resulting from Wound Trauma is for sale again, something about a publisher's back stock being sold off. This is one of the premiere wound ballistics texts out there and before this release the books were going for A LOT of money used. These are new, second printing.

Cool beans.

Wish I could afford my own.

I've got a bunch of the old IWBA journals somewhere if you want to read them, they covered MacPherson's book when it first came out but I put off buying then.

You're probably thinking of Stopping Power by Evan Marshall & Edwin J. Sanow.

Then, there's Rinker's Understanding Firearms Ballistics which has a few errors in it.
