If it was only that.

They drilled the locks on a home, changed the internals.  Then Mysteriously ~$5000 worth of tools chainsaws, and generators dissapear.... Theives!

And there is not much one can legally do about it.

Inside job from a company that re-keyed the locks on a home in preparation to sell it, or after someone else bought it.
