The Band

Friday, April 23, 2010 at 9:36am
OK. Here’s the band…….All good men and true. Five new faces. G.E.Smith (guitar) Robbie Wyckoff (lead singer, doing all David’s old bits), and Jon Joyce who worked with me in 1980 and 1990 is joined on BVs by the Lennon cousins, Michael, Mark, and Kipp. The rest of the band you already know, Graham Broad (Drums), Dave Kilminster and Snowy White (Guitars), Jon Carin and Harry Waters (Keyboards). Can’t wait to get into rehearsals. Sadly, no female BVs in THE WALL, Katie, Pat, Carol, Sylvia we shall miss you!

I read that yesterday on Facebook.  I'm a little upset that there will be no female background vocals.  Other than that, should be a great show.

I can't believe I just spent that kind of cash on concert tickets.  I looked at 10 this morning, and said nah, but then read this thread and said "I can't believe I would pass up on this opportunity!"

Besides, now I can throw popcorn at GrabMyWrist!

I've been thinking about this so hard.  I really want to see it but don't have the cash for tickets right now.  I'm sure some will be available on Stub Hub in a month or two.  Roger Waters is awesome!
