What on God's green Earth are you talking about?

An 80% lower?  A stripped lower?  For an AR?  Or.............something else chambered in .223?

Good question!  The 80% lower, because its not finished, do you have to go through an FFL?  Ive looked at the stripped lowers, which is complete of course vs. a blank, to start my own build though I like the idea of not having to go through an FFL only so that psychologically I'm not being regulated, ....and can pretend to be a free American.  Face to face is an option however the idea of building/milling a receiver out of a blank personalizes it alittle more.

Yeah, you don't need to go through an FFL to buy a chunk of Aluminum.

I hope your machining skills are better than your search and communication skills.........................................................................................................................................good luck.
