So I got PRK surgery this morning, has anyone else had it and know what t expect during recovery?  Besides pain and sensitivity to light?

Pain and photophobia are the main ones, maybe a little starburst or halo distortion until your fully healed. Vision maybe a little fuzzy also if they have you wearing a bandage contact lens. Just remember Don't Rub Your Eyes!!!

I can't believe your surgerizer didn't tell you what to expect during recovery!

Had it done about 3 years ago. You will have a day or so where you feel like your looking through wax paper. Then you will be wearing sunglasses for a while.
Uncle Sugar paid for my trip around PRK mountain. Sleep as much as you can. Stay away from rubbing your eyes. Drink a lot when you're awake. Then go back to sleep.
When you wake up things will look better.
