This is the lazy way to draw the winning name for a PIF.
First gather all the people that are IN.
Next place a number by their name in order.
Now instead of writing down all the names on paper and then drawing from a hat just enter the numbers into this generator, i.e. from 1 to 22.
Push the go button and let the computer pick the wiener!
