Got an older-ish computer? Wanna kick it up a notch?

ATI RADEON X1300xt AGP Video Card Dual video out.

Creative Labs Soundblaster Live SB0100 (5.1 Surround capable)

RULES:

You gotta have a computer

You gotta know that this will work in your system and if so, you gotta know how to install it (If you are local to me, I might be able to help)

You gotta plan on actually USING these (Not putting them in your stash of extra computer parts)

You gotta be a team member (Really, it's $24, do it now, do it before you finish................................................................You buy one? Good. Fix your avatar.....do it before you finish reading this)

You gotta post what your desktop background is.

You gotta agree...

and finally:

On your current computer, click "Start" (or the littel bubble in Vista), Run, type MSINfo32, click ok, and when the window pops up. Post the following bits of information so I know that you can actually use these:

OS Name : Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

System Manufacturer : INTEL_

System Model : DQ45CB__

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz, 2830 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Again the Video card is an AGP card, not PCIE or PCIX or whatever you kids are calling it these days.

This would be in my Mom's computer.  Would it be able to run MPEG-4 movies in iTunes faster (more smoothly) or is that more processor dependant?

OS Name Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation
System Manufacturer Gateway
System Model T3302
System Type X86-based PC
Processor x86 Family 15 Model 44 Stepping 0 Authentic AMD ~2000 Mhz

Yes, it has an AGP 8X slot.

This is our desktop background:

My Mom's computer has a picture of a bald eagle spreading it's wings that I took a few years ago.
