Cigars
Finally got into the Benchmade Cazadores I bought a while back at Rain City Cigar in Georgetown. Go visit Kirsten down there, she's hawt and knows her smokes. The sticks get a "meh" on the should I buy them scale, you gotta agree that with a name like Benchmade any gunny will have to buy a couple and Kirsten (Lady Cigar Hawtness) gave me the box in which to put them. Ash fell off at less than half an inch of burn, the smoke was putrid with more than two inches left, the cap disintegrated when cut and the smoke throughout was hot. This is a 6.5" 46 ring stick and it burnt down in less than 20 minutes. By comparison, my daily smoker, the A. Fuente Curly Head Deluxes (6.5-43) are easily 30 minutes smokes. These were stored the same as the rest of mine and the humidor at RCC is intact and maintained so I'm tempted to think the filler is very dry and/or loose. More testing to follow. Killed a celebratory cigar (yep, had something to celebrate even if it didn't end well) Tuesday, a Punch, model unknown now, bought at the cigar shop near Steele and S 112th in Tacoma. a solid inch of ash before a gust of wind through the driver's side window hit it, smoked it down to my fingertips without any complaint, burnt even from an off center start (my fault there) and lasted from Seattle to past Fife in rush hour traffic. Awesome smoke, will be buying more in the future, even at $4.30 a stick. Chicks English gals are still the best at dirty talking and even better when they walk up (after being ignored for two hours) and apologize for their past, impolite, behaviour, especially when they go to great lengths (repeated 7 times) to make sure you now have their cell phone number. Redheads, still trouble, very much trouble, 3 redheads - 3,000% more trouble. Hippie chicks, just like Lays, bet you can't eat just one. Cannot wait to move to LYNNWOOD! Movies Watchmen awesome flick right up until the final half hour, just turn it off. The Comedian, hilarious. I want to be Rorschach when I grow up. "You're locked in here with me." And then, there is her.
Computers Dell touchpads suck and I'm not too happy that it only allows so much text into an ARFcom window before it starts acting stupid and making the window jump around when I type. Noticing a lot more typos and double posts from me? Hello netbook. Restaurants Fado awesome food, not cheap tho, $50 for two at lunch. Beautiful servers, worth the $50. helps to have gorgeous lunchtime companion. Hooters This is formal notice, I will smash the next person who plans a get together at that pool of vapid. I actually had one Amy Winehouse looking tramp try to help me when their WiFi took a dump and then asked if I was having a bad day and did I want to "talk about it". No you stupid trollop, I'm not Dr. Phil, and I already have enough women who want to talk to me about their frikkin problems and some of them I have yet to see naked. Rule 103: Naked then talk. ETA: Now the window isn't jumping as I type tho now I'm using Firefox.

http://images.ctv.ca/archives/CTVNews/img2/20090304/160_watchmen2_090304.jpg Read the graphic novel. The movie was nice but the actual book kicked ass. (yes, I have read it a couple of times over the years, so I'm not speaking from my first blush of love for well executed graphic novels
I re-read a few others that i thought were Sooo sool back in the day to find them only so-so now) As with anything so subjective as tastes, YMMV |

Last time i was there my Irish friend Aindrea ordered in Gaelic, it was funny. First time i went there i realised just how Irish my family is as everything on the menu was common place in the house growing up... |
