Does anyone in the Seattle Area have the tools to swap out my Hi rise upper receiver  or an A3  on a LR-308 T and add install Daniel Defense 9.0 Rail from Rainier Arms?  I asked the RA boys but they said they dont have the tools for the job. Bottle of top shelf in it for someone?

If it takes a standard barrel wrench/multi tool...sure.  I'm guessing not, due to the Rainier folks not being able to help.

Ken over at West Coast Armory is checking it out for me. Hopefully I'll have an answer today. Yeah, PCR different wrench and vice are needed.
